Walk and Talk
CDDC walks through your property and evaluates what will make for the best showing and photographs inside and out. The Homeowner and/or Agent will receive detailed directions to optimize the existing space.
Suggestions include, but are not limited to, what should be packed away and what to highlight in order to accentuate your property's best qualities. Color and aesthetic home improvements may be suggested as well. Sessions run from 1-1/2 -2 hours for homes up to 3000 sq ft. $250 per session.
Soft Staging
CDDC would love to help bring your home to its showing potential. Once all suggestions from the "Walk and Talk" session have been achieved, CDDC will come back into your home and apply the "finishing touches."

Our "Soft Staging" service will ensure your property is ready for real estate photography and/or an open house showing.

$150 per hour; 2-hour session minimum. Session time varies on a project-to-project basis. $125 per hr. for additional time. This service should be performed immediately before photos and/or open house. All rentals and/or purchases are additional.
Occupied Staging Day
Half-day of Occupied Staging services utilizes what you own with the option of rentals or purchases from CDDC . Up to 4 hours of staging services for $550 where we tackle your property together. This service can be booked after the Walk-and-Talk consultation has been completed. Additional hours will be billed at $125 per hr.

Full-day occupied staging for up to 8 hours is $995 plus the additional price of any rentals or purchases from CDDC. Additional hours will be billed at $125 per hr.
Holiday Decorating and
Tablescapes
Hosting the holidays? Or a special feast? CDDC will save you headaches and the additional stress of outfitting your home's interior for the holidays. Pull out your most cherished pieces and CDDC will breathe new life into them. With fresh eyes, we'll reinterpret your holiday style while incorporating new décor that will work seamlessly with your aesthetic.

$100 per hr.; shopping time is $75 per hr. Estimated time and shopping budget are based on the scope and unique needs of the project
Redesign Consultation
This is for the homeowner who needs direction and guidance on design decisions. Choosing paint colors, furniture layout, optimizing your space, etc. This is the time to pick the brain of a design professional and the homeowner takes it from there. Additional time and sessions can be booked as needed.

$350 for up to 2 hours of consultation time. Need additional guidance? Book blocks of "design advice" time. Blocks of 5-hour increments at $500 can be used to help with any decision-making and reassurance before purchasing items such as hardware, furniture, tile, lighting, etc. All correspondence will be via phone, face time or email.
Interior Design Styling
Working together to rethink your current look and optimize what you already have, we will reenvision your space with a color story, furniture arrangement, and curated art/accessories.

Sessions run for up to 7 hours at $995. Shopping time is billed at $75 hr.
Full Interior Design Services
Full-Scale Interior Design and Decorating Services are available as well. Pricing and fee structures depend on the scope, size, and requirements of your unique project.
